Scared of blood.:(

Oh no...I just realised I'm extremely scared of blood. At first I thought I could handle it but it seems I've failed. My mum accidentally cut her finger last night due to the cracked glass cup in the toilet...she forgot to throw it away and I'm really feeling very guilty because if I didn't come into the living room to use the computer for a while, my mum wouldn't have come out to look for me and she wouldn't have gone to the toilet or even cut herself.:( I saw the blood oozing out and all I could do was pass her pieces of tissue paper while she wiped the blood up...I'm so sorry. I wasn't of much help. The moment I saw the blood, I felt my whole body turning into jelly and I had to quickly sit down. hahah. I knew since young that I cannot be a doctor.:P

These few days I'm just catching myself lazing around. hahah. I really don't mind going back to school now.:) Or maybe even meet up with some of my really good friends. heh. Everyday I see my brothers playing gameboy or Wii, Wii and more Wii. I even lost interest in the games already. hahah. well, not totally.:P I'm feeling really terrible now...I don't even know why. I just know I'm not prepared for the future just yet. I want to stop the time now and enjoy every minute of it with my family, friends and everyone else. I'm uncertain about alot of things and I have to learn to let go of some of them...:( It's difficult at first but there is always a first time. I am also coming down with a bad case of flu now...my nose feels like a tap and I keep sneezing and tearing...haiz. Hope I can recover soon.:) I think I should go relax now...

Nan Hua Prom Night at Merchant Court, Swissotel

Hey! Just came back from Prom a while ago...hahah. Everybody looked great, awesome and fabulous there. heh. The girls' dresses are all very unique and different.:) hmm...all I can say is that we took many pictures, especially with every girl and guy in our class. hahah. The food was not bad but most of the time, we were up and about posing and having our pictures taken.:P Our individual class video were also shown to everyone. When I saw my class' video, I couldn't stop laughing and later felt a heart ache towards the end.:D I really hope all my 409 friends can see this...I want to tell you guys that I love every single one of you. All of you are special in one way or another to me and I'll never forget you. This class had brought me much laughter and tears...it is one of the best classes I have ever been to and I really don't regret it at all.:) hahah. I am getting all sentimental now...

Next, I want to thank all my teachers for their guidance and encouragement. I will come back to Nan Hua more often.:D I am also very grateful to the teachers who have allowed me to gain experience when they chose me to become emcee in certain events.:) By the way, don't feel shy to tagg, my 409 friends...hahah.

At every Prom, there will definitely be a Prom King and Prom Queen. heheh. The Prom King is from our class, 409...Damien! hahah. He is one lucky guy.:P And the Prom Queen is Olivier from 408...hahah. She's sweet and beautiful. Both of them looked really cute on stage and they had to do poses before they were chosen by popularity.:) It was a great night and now...I'm not able to fall asleep...if I keep this up, my body is going to suffer alot. I heard that you may get cancer due to the lack of sleep.:P oops...sounds terrible. haiz...I'm going to laze around the next few days and on Saturday, I'll be able to go for Post RED Camp at Sentosa where we are going to play games and get sunburnt. heheh. I can't wait to see all my Viking friends again! Then on Sunday, I have to go for Chingay practice again. yay!!!:D

so I better go to sleep now...I'll probably put the rest of the pictures on facebook tomorrow.:) I think I'm actually tired but forcing myself to stay awake...hahah. okay...good night le.:)

Red Camp!:D

RED Camp is over already...I don't know what to say...I'm speechless. I just feel that time 'flies', especially when you are enjoying good times. hahah. why?:( Day 1 in RED Camp was great! We went to different schools like Film and Media Studies, Humanities, Life Sciences and Health Sciences. All the schools were great, that is why I'm a little doubtful.:P I really like Mass Communications because I enjoy being an emcee, but after looking at how much fun it is to work with children in Early childhood education and take care of babies in health sciences, I'm starting to have second thoughts.:( heheh. I always have problems making decisions.:P hahah.

Anyway, on the first day, I unexpectedly won a 10 dollars Metro vouncher. I didn't expect it at first. I was sitting there with my head leaning on my hands and I thought that it was extremely hard to win something, especially with so many people in Vikings. So luckily, my name was called and I went...BLANK. hahah. Yanling was the one who helped me realise and I couldn't have won it without her.:) thanks so much. We too learnt new cheers and they were really original. Another funny thing happened...Abigail so happened to be standing behind the emcee, Matthew, during the first day of lunch and Evelyn and I waved to her but the emcee started walking over...then I said "We were waving to our friend". oops...I should have seen that coming.:P Really sorry. heh. That day, I was also really looking forward to the mass dance but they showed us a demonstration first.:)

Second day: We went to the School of Business and Accountancy. I know I'm not cut out for business so it has never crossed my mind. However, I had a fabulous time over there making new friends and designing our stamp. It was another lucky day for us when we got the 3rd prize. I really want to thank my friends for giving me the Harry Potter stamps...I love all of you.:D We also learnt the mass dance nearing the end of the day. I love the mass dance alot. hahah. I like the songs very much as well. The songs were from 'Hairspray' and 'High School Musical'...both were great musicals. Everyone is really enthusiastic and we had truckloads of fun!:D heheh.

Third day: it's the final day of RED Camp. It's really sad. I'm really sure everyone enjoyed themselves throughout the three days and the camp had never failed to lift our spirits up after the gruelling O'levels.:) We also had CCA experience.:D I loved it too. hahah. I went with Cheryl and Evelyn for the Hiphop dance. It was extremely cool. My first time trying real hiphop even though I'm a dancer...heheh. It was a great experience.:) I love the feeling when the music and dance course through my veins...so it's my dream to be a dancer.

We practised our cheers for the cheer competition and I could practically feel my throat hurting after the cheering...hahah. Then came the mass dance and breaking of the Guiness Book of Records by having everyone to stand still for one minute. We really DID it! I'm so proud...:D we too saw the end of the skit and jumped about. hahah. I was on the brink of tears when they played this song from Anastasia:

The words are simple but meaningful.:) okay...back to day 3 of RED Camp...We had Zouk Out at Ngee Ann Convention Centre, only for RED Campers, but I didn't really fancy it. Friends were like teasing me...heheh. They were wondering why I'm a dancer and I can't dance these kind of dance. Sorry, I prefer the proper dancing.:) hahah. After staying in there for a while with loud music and flashes of light which were almost blinding my eyes, we came out. I almost cried lah. We decided to take pictures instead.:) At least I find taking pictures better...hahah.

aching muscles!

after the dance practice on Sunday, my muscles are aching!! I even have problems walking now...heheh. when I climb the stairs, I can feel the muscles pulling from my legs to my thighs to my butt. hahah. It hurts so very much. Turning in bed hurts so much too.:P

On Saturday, I went for the Ngee Ann and Singapore Polytechnic talk. I'm kind of interested in forensics science...and I like hands-on activities so I'm still not sure if a polytechnic is suitable for me.:( well, of course I hope that I can get into a Junior College...that would be great!:) Later in the night, I went with my parents and my sister to watch Quantum of Solace at Vivocity...hahah. at first, my sister and I couldn't understand the story, but soon, we got it le. Before the movie even started, I think my sister and I almost finish our cokes and popcorn.:P it's really funny.

Then on Sunday morning, my brothers and father started playing the Wii because they were excited about the new games that we went to buy at Vivocity the previous night. hahah. There is this go kart game and you have to steer the controller to drive the go kart...heheh. I couldn't really control the go kart...ahhhh. I keep getting last even though I'm good at playing the Mariokart...then my youngest brother kept beating me. He laughed at me and it was quite embarassing.:P other games we bought include the Avartar, and a war game? hahah. Then I went for dance practice for Chingay. We did warm-ups and I think we overdid it.:P Then we took our measurements for the costume! so cool! We are now also involved in Anyhow Art...it's going to be so fun! Upon reaching home, we played Wii again...even though my muscles were aching. heheh.

Yesterday, I went with Ferny, Li Huan, Yang Yang and Deborah to Ang Mo Kio hub to take a look at the Prom dresses and shoes. We went to eat first, of course but I think we ate too much because our stomachs were bloated and our muscles aching. I ate Tom Yam and it made me feel worse too so we had a terrible time walking around. Li Huan and Yang Yang found dresses which they like already and that only leaves me. I went around and I couldn't find anything which I find suitable for me. I don't even know what I like and didn't want to try on any dresses.:P ahhh...why must we wear dresses? I'm not even used to wearing one!:( heh. But nevertheless, I'm going to find one that fits me perfectly. The dresses there at AMK hub were beatiful but not for me...there was this dress on a mannequin and it looked like a fairy. I have to admit it...it was gorgeous with glitter and the colours were light blue and light pink. But the price was very nice too...it cost about $180 plus? It was way over our budgets. The salesgirl said it's because you will never find another dress of the same pattern and colour...it's the only one in Singapore...hahah. No wonder. She even told us the shop offers makeup, shoes, and hair styling, all in one for Prom and there's even a student price...wow. hahah. Cool!

Anyway, I have to rush back home soon for family outing...our family went to IKEA at Bukit Merah to eat there until about 8 plus at night before walking around...hahah. Then we watched 'Mind Your Language' at home at 11pm...I love the half an hour show...it never fails to make me laugh. heheh.

Now I'm just waiting for the Barbeque and Cultural Potpourri tonight. Can't wait!:D hahah. We are going to have a barbeque with my mother's students to celebrate end of PSLE and end of my O'levels. hahah. After eating some barbequed food, I must rush off for cultural potpourri le. wow...my days are all packed right until Prom night...I'm going to be extremely tired..

Haiz...so I've been going to so many places that I can even remember the MRT route now. heheh. My brothers are now playing Avartar so I'm going to enjoy myself too. Toodles!

The end of the race..

oh wow...it's the end of O'levels! And it's time to revive this blog. when the invigilators were collecting the papers yesterday, most of us were waiting impatiently. hahah. it was especially funny when Miss Lim said 'you survived'...Alethea sitting beside me was practically laughing away. heheh. never thought it would end just like that.:P I still remember the first day of O'levels, the Chem paper 2. I started to panic when I realised I was sitting right in front, beside Jingwei and Anlin, my heart was practically in my throat lah...hahah. now, it's over!! hooray! still, I don't know whether I should be happy or sad.:P

we had a great time yesterday afternoon...hahah. it was very funny with Jingwei around lah. we went to Ang Mo Kio hub to watch High School Musical 3...all I can say is that I didn't regret watching it. sorry for being late...heheh...I'm always late de.:P then at Yew Tee MRT station, we took a while waiting for Jingwei because he said the floor was too slippery. heh.

during the movie, I was singing along and Waner and I started to cry when it was reaching the end. their senior year was is just like our last year in Nan Hua, can't help but feel sad.:( like Troy said 'Once a wildcat, always a wildcat! as long as we're all in this together!!' awwww...it's so touching. it reminds me of dance...don't worry, I'll come back to visit dance more often.

after the movie, we walked all around the hub...hahah. didn't know there were so many levels there.:) Jingwei also keep going to the toilet...he even told us his reason lah...omg. hahah. we went around looking for friendship rings but couldn't find suitable ones so we went to Causeway Point. poor Jingwei, following us, looking at girls' stuff but he said he wasn't complaining though he was looking quite bored.:P

Audrey and Waner also wanted to get my birthday present, as they promised, after O'levels. the present is also shared by all my other super good friends like Regina, Jeraldine, Yanling, Cheryl and Jingwei. hahah. saw this small cute bag so they bought it for me. we haven't exactly shopped finish for my present but our legs were aching so we decided to head home le. thanks guys, I love you all!!!:D

I also want to take this opportunity to thank my dance friends and classmates for wishing me a happy birthday then as well as Emelia and Abigail for giving me presents. love you too. muacks!:) oh, yeah, and an extremely happy belated birthday to Emelia and Jingwei!

Haven't 'blogged' for a really long time....now that the exams are over, we can have fun! Yay! It's incredible...how time flies. hahah!:D Can't help but feel a little sad thinking about our last year in Nan Hua.:( I didn't do so well for my EOYs but I'm also doing my best and now we have to prepare for the Chinese O'levels.:)

EOYs are over but I feel very bored nowadays and I don't know what to do either.:( I've been feeling sad and irritable the past few days for no particular reason but it's alright...it's under control, hahah! I have no idea but it feels like my life is just like routine and I've been hoping for something special to happen though I know nothing will come.:D I miss 'marketing'(I'm not referring to going to the market to buy things) and some of you know what that means...heehee... I'm feeling lost and afraid now.:( My Chinese....I hope that it will pass through well...:)

Dance-ROXIFIED!

Dance camp ends today...it was really fun and sad for it to end so quickly.:( I really hope that we can have another camp soon. I felt so crazy today...so fun...weeeeeee!! The atmosphere was really great, and the Secondary Ones just joined us not too long ago. Let's work hard for the next few performances together, such as the 90th Anniversary dinner!!! It's going to be a great event...:] Today was just like any other dance practices...as fun as ever! The wet games were especially thrilling!! Water bombs were flying everywhere.....here and there:) I'm really very sorry if I accidentally hurt anyone when I was throwing the bombs. Sorry! I have to go now! Sayonara!

Japan!!!

The trip to Japan was so fun!!:) I hope we can go there again. It is such an enchanting place, almost like a dream. Japan citizens are so courteous, the total opposite of people in Singapore. They are so friendly, and even shop owners bow to you. It's unbelievable! Just like a fairytale!:) Haha! We went to 2 active volcanoes...smoke can be seen rising out from them.:p So fun! We even go to so many museums and learnt about the history of Japan. One of the museums we went to was the Atomic Bomb Museum. We watched videos and saw the devastation and horror of the victims of the atomic bomb. It was truly very sad. Every night, we check in to different hotels.:) We also had to travel long distances, so all of us napped on the bus many times. Well, the highlights of this Japan trip were the HOT SPRINGS!!! The hot springs were about 40 degrees celsius! We took around 10 to 20 mins to get suited to the water... The water was so hot that our feet turned red! We were embarassed to go into the hot springs at first because we were not allowed to wear anything into the hot springs, nothing at all!! We were shocked when we were brought in to take a look at the hot springs! However, we got used to it quite soon the second time we went in...haha!:) It did not feel as hot as the first time we had went in.

The hot springs were said to have miraculous healing powers and it heals skin diseases, pimples and even makes your skin smoother!! It was so relaxing......:] I miss it!!! Lurve it! I really hope that I could go to Japan again.....:)

Hello! I'm finally back and I really do apologise for not posting any entries for a long time. Firstly, I would definitely like to wish everyone a Happy New Year! Sorry for the late New Year Greetings! It's a New Year once again with new resolutions, hopes and dreams, but the memories of 2005 and 2006 will forever be etched in our minds. Work hard and never give up!

Secondly, I would like to tell everyone that you have done a very good job for CCA Extravaganza yesterday! It was really great and I'm impressed! Time flies and this is already our third year in Nan Hua and in the Dance Society. Let us continue to do our very best and strive to do our very best for the upcoming SYF performances, both the Modern Dance and the Cultural Dance! Always treasure the times we have had with our friends, especially in Nan Hua and in the Dance Society!

My Little Cute Kitten, Wisely

I recently adopted a stray white and cute kitten. It was just last Wednesday when my father brought home a box and so, immediately, I thought he brought back food as I was also kind of hungry. When I looked into the box, I've got a shock of my life!!! Inside, sitted there, was a little cute white kitten!! I fell in love with it at first sight!!!!!!!! I lurve it, I just lurve it!! It was good and clever. It also knows where to do its, I beg my pardon, business. It is a cat which any owner would love to have. That is all that I have to say. I will post the picture of my cat another day! So, bye everyone!!!!!!!

Speech day!

I lurve Speech Day so much!!! It really rocks! Especially the dancers and dance segment! The Guzheng Ensemble and the Choir were extremely great too! I totally love all the performances.......! Charmaine and I were the MCs and it was quite scary at first, but after a while, it turned out well. I also feel very happy for those who were prize winners! ............................. At the same time, I have mixed feelings...I feel very sad because this is really an unforgetable experience and I hope that I can do it again!!! And today, I am going out with my good friends at 3pm. We are going to one of our friend's house to play badminton!!! It will be extremely fun!!! Have to go...Bye for now!

Special week

Well, many things have happened this particular week. Things which are frightening, sad and even happy. Now, regarding the frigtening part, it happened this Monday. That night, my family and I were watching television when we heard someone shouting, very loudly. My Mum thought there was a fight and I thought someone was trying to commit suicide. Thus, we looked out of the window and guess what we saw? We saw that one of the apartments on the sixth level, opposite us was on FIRE!!! Neighbours were trying their best to splash water over into the other apartment. The weird thing is that the security guard did not even know what was happening! My Mum called for the fire engine, but when they came, the fire had already subsided.

Next, the sad part. On Thusday, our Thailand friends left the school =(. It was very saddening. Cameras were flashing here and there and everybody was trying to get each other's picture. Then, We took a mass picture and we really looked like a big family. After that, they changed into their home clothes and we saw them off. They were about to leave on the bus when all of us suddenly chased the bus!! It was a spectacular sight. They are going to leave Singapore today at 5pm. I will not be able to see them a last time because I have something on tonight and can't meet them, though I really want to.

Finally, the happy part. Yesterday, it was a tough competition for those who participated in the Sport's Day events. Though it may be difficult, our class did their best and in the end, we emerged as the champion for the C Girls Division team!!!!!!!!!! I am so happy for US!!!!!!! Yay!!!! Hope that it will happen next year........... Have to go now...........Bye!!!!!!!!!

Today was just like any other normal school day. Everything went alright until around 1.45pm. Something funny but sad happened.........when I was making my way to the third floor, where my class was located at, my correction tape flew out of my opened pencil case and landed on the first floor with a loud 'thud'. At first, I thought that the impact of the fall had smashed it into pieces but that was not the case. I then went down to retrieve it. It did not smash to pieces but part of it broke. I was quite sad but one of my good friends in class helped me fix it, though there is a high chance that it cannot be used again. After school, I went back to the drain to look for any other pieces and finally found one, which was in a drain. I thus walked back to class and saw Cheerful Deborah with her classmate. I then sought her for help. If it wasn't for her, I wounldn't have known what to do. Thank you everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

English Oratory Competition

Today is the best day of my life!!! I can't believe that I took part in the English Oratory Competition which is held at Singapore Polytechnic today, the 11th of March!!! At first when I went to Singapore Polytechnic, I saw weird people from many different types of school. There were some from St. Hildas, some from Nan Chiau and some from even the best schools, such as RGS and RI. I was telling myself....Wow, how am I going to compete with people from such good schools?

I was extremely nervous, nervous till my heart went wild and my legs gone jelly. In other words, I had stage fright, especially when talking in front of a group of people. Time seemed to have passed really fast and soon it was my turn. I had to speak in front of 2 judges and 11 other secondary children. There were supposed to be more people but I did not have to face that many because we were divided into different divisions. I tried to do my best as the rules are really strict and they wanted our scripts to be at least 10 mins long whereby we have to memorize all of it(which I in the end did not have to as other people also did not memorise).

Finally, after exactly 10 mins, it was over. I was relieved and the next thing I have to worry about is the prize presentation. But guess what? I actually did very well and had received a silver trophy=). I was elated and thankful to all the teachers who had helped me-Mdm Zuraida, Mdm Junaida, Miss Poon and definitely Mrs Liew(a geography teacher). Thank you everyone!!!

dance rocks totally!!!

wah, it has been a loonngg time after i had posted in late february. So the common tests had ended, we are going to have ndp trainings for a months and i really look forward to them becoz of ...(the dance is cool)

I think 2oo6's 1st march rocks!!!
we almost dance and dance and dance for hours wif the lower sec and some seniors.cool right? although there are some changes to the dance steps but nevertheless, it looks really nice generally. I kinda enjoy them, especially segment B where the *robotic* movements are included. And i really like to watch my classmates dance because they do the movements wif some feel(i duno how to describe in words, but that kind of feel, u noe). Luckily the instructor didnt say that "c'mon babe"(i didnt hear, but kat say she heard), if not i think the students will be like "oh my goodness!!!" and"Wow wOw woW!!!"

I really got no mood to continue to be the devil after that day, coz on friday, when i said "hello" to one of the sec 1 dancer(female) she ignored, then i said "hello" again she said 'oh! hello' Phew!!! finally get that precious word out from her mouth!! I think they scared liao larh, so bu4 da3 suan4 to lecture them again unless... ...i cant control myself. I want to make them friendlier, more polite and more alert. keep to angel-side first.

Tomorrow is the day that I have been looking forward to. I can't wait for it! Last Saturday's performance was awesome and I love it! Mr Loh's stands out the most because it was a mix of contemporary dance and chinese dance. I also saw phay, they were great too!! Just wishing that I can watch it again. Something sad that day also happened to me but I really do not wish to talk about it. So that's all! Bye folks!!

Tomorrow we are going to have NDP sessions! so exited! Partially is because that tomorrow after art exam, we only have one period lesson which is... PC ! Which means that we can slack and dun care to listen attentively. It also means the last day of common test!

LOL. the performance on saturday quite nice.but so sad. the other DANCErs cannot make it. ='(. onli me, siying and gladys go. mr loh's dance is the nicest lor. haha. then the person beside me keep on saying " hao ! hao! " crazy one. lol. like those china emperor. anywae. the show is nice. but all chinese one. at least our school got mix. haha.

there is these two performance so scary. like ghost like that. got one their costume like the maid. eeyer. lol. anywae. alot of china women go and see the performance and hao here hao there. i saw the phay on the gao qiao. so cool. i felt like joining the people's association. lol. but no time. maybe after o levels. but that will be like 2 years later? hope the other DANCErs can join.

after the show, I sit the bus to interchange then take taxi home with siying. the bus so old lor. then we pass by this shop named GAY WORLD. saw many men inside. wonder if they are gays too. then me and siying go take taxi. so many people cut our queue. waited for so long. then so many man tou. scary. went in the taxi, taxi driver sounds pervertic. he gives me the creeps lor. scary. sing song sing so loud. then tok until like pervert like that. eeee. after he let siying off, i am like so scared. lol. it is like 11.00pm already. haha. so i very scared. then he offer me chocolate, i scared got poison. whahhaa. my house at woodlands i scared he go johor. haha. i think i am just scaring myself. lol.

anywae, i am safe back home siying. lol. or else i wont be here typing. haha! chey. i thinkk i go study bio liao and gd luck for bio, maths and art test.

Common Tests

Our common tests are half accomplished and are going to be over soon! Hope I did well in all of my studies. So far, we got back our geography paper and I scored very well but it was quite easy and there were really no failures. I feel extremely happy for everyone in the class.

Last few tests must jiayou, especially the sec 4s because they are having O' levels this year. Wish everyone in dance will top their classes and do the school proud.

Now the topic is dance. I have never dance for so long and now I feel weird. Feel like I cannot live without dance and I am looking forward to next Wednesday, when we will start our NDP practice. We dancers are excited and yet non-dancers are afraid to dance, but I know that in the end, we will enjoy ourselves, all 800 over of us. Don't you agree?

about the ndp thingy

It's me again. Today the NDP instructor came and try out some movements. The steps are quite simple but the tap dance that part i can only do on it's own but not wif other movements, connected. Must practise then can perfect. Besides that, we were told to be more 'attitude' when dancing, i think they want the street dance style bah.

gladys, siying, zhiwei and deborah must try to post at least once larh, must share share mah. heyy, now im going to praise kat, good girl, hardworking girl etc...next week common test and i wont be posting le. Just in case, mon-geog,tue-history,wed-lit,thur-hmt,fri-E.L.

Wish everyone can study happily and do the tests happily and get the results happily. Yes im toot, writing so many 'happily'. hope the sentence make some sense larh.

i help change the blogskin because there are some errors on the previous one and i duno how to edit, so i've decided to change the skin. I got ask permission de leh. Whee...sho fun to share this blog with 5 of my dancemates, thnks thnks!!*bow*three times again.
